Caleb Reagan is a 22-year-old student at Texas State University-San Marcos. He is studying mass communications, with an emphasis in public relations, and is receiving his minor in communication studies. Caleb aspires to uphold an executive position in marketing or advertising, and would enjoy the opportunity to explore his creativity in the field of publication and design. Caleb has relevant experience in communication, writing, networking, and event planning. From June 2004 to August 2007, Caleb has acquired various managerial positions at the Odessa Country Club in Odessa, Texas. Working there he developed skills in organization and time management. He has also hosted a position in hotel customer services providing excellent first impressions for several hotels in the Austin and Houston area. He devised plans for daily events with over 200 guests, and ensured customer stay satisfaction by attending to guest complaints and fulfilling needs. Through working for hotel customer service, Caleb has accumulated multiple relevant skills in communication. He has also developed a public relations plan for an Austin-based scooter company. Caleb has done extensive volunteer work in Odessa, Texas for a program called, “Keep Odessa Beautiful,” and is also a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) at Texas State University-San Marcos. Caleb is currently a guest service coordinator for Towne Park, a valet company in Austin, Texas. Working there he continues to develop skills in strategy and event planning. He has successfully operated and devised plans for the company during peak hours, and has attended to daily operations to insure accurate posting of income. Compared to his previous positions, Caleb appreciates this one the most. He holds more responsibility, and believes he is learning important quality skills for his future. Through all the employment positions he has held, Caleb has continued to ensure that all customers receive individual attention, while gathering the abilities to strategize, multitask, manage time, and deliver great customer service. He will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and a minor in communication studies in December 2009
